Johnny Depp has been named the Sexiest Man Alive by US celebrity bible People magazine.
The Pirates of the Carribean star graces the cover of the new issue of People, which dedicates itself to profiling the hottest males in showbiz. Robert Pattinson was the most highly ranked Brit in the top 100, along with David Beckham, Hugh Laurie, Gerard Butler, Colin Firth, Daniel Radcliffe and, our favourite, James McAvoy.
Previous honourees include Hugh Jackman, George Clooney, Matt Damon, Brad Pitt and Denzel Washington.
Other sexy stars to join Depp on this year’s list include Zac Efron, Shia LaBeouf, Robert Downey Jr and Bradley Cooper.
