Ashley Cole ‘slept with text girl’ says Sun
The Sun has reported that Ashley Cole has slept with the woman with whom he was sharing illicit texts.
The secretary, who has requested to stay anonymous for fear of losing her job, told The Sun she met Ashley in a hotel and slept with him on two separate dates. The pair had been corresponding via text messages for a while before meeting, she claimed.
Last week it was also reported the footballer had been sending explicit photos to topless model Sonia Wild.
The Sun quotes the unidentified secretary, 30, as saying: “He never once mentioned Cheryl’s name. The papers at the time were saying he and Cheryl were starting a family, but he skirted around that – he said kids would change your life so much.”
Ashley’s infidelities reportedly took place in late 2008 while Cheryl was busy with X Factor and just months after hairdresser Aimee Walton claimed she had slept with the Chelsea defender. Cheryl didn’t wear her wedding ring for months following the initial indiscretions, but she had since claimed she doesn’t regret standing by her man.
Ashley is yet to comment on the allegations.

Ashley Cole faces sex text claims
The Sun has claimed Ashley Cole is a “liar and sex text cheat” after reportedly sending photos of himself to an unidentified woman, just days after he was revealed to have sent photos of himself to topless model Sonia Wild.
The Chelsea defender and husband of Cheryl Cole has been publicly shamed by the tabloid after intimate pictures made their way onto its pages. It has been reported that in 2008 he sent a number of text messages to a woman at the same time Cheryl was busy working. The explicit messages and images had been saved on the woman’s mobile phone until now.
Just last week, Ashley’s messages to model Sonia Wild were revealed, although he claimed he did not send them and that a friend was to blame.
Cheryl, who is to perform at the Brits this week, reportedly cancelled their Valentine’s Day plans in favour of rehearsals.
Ashley’s reported indiscretions come two years after he was accused of cheating on Cheryl with a hairdresser.

Movie on the move
I took a step forwards into the digital age this morning.
I watched a movie on the way to work. It’s now easy to download a flick onto your i-pod or whatever pocket-candy you’ve chosen.
What did I watch? Couples Retreat, which was just made available in the I-tunes store.
I know, I know… it’s hardly a challenging work of cinema to spark the brain-matter. But this is my commute. It’s something lightweight to take my mind off the freezing cold, shoving crowds and depressing train delays that form the South West London transport experience every day. A movie that is essentially a Carribean holiday with a few Vince Vaughn one-liners thrown is just about perfect.
And it was surprisingly fun. I was even able to watch as I tramped my way through the 15-minute walk to my local train station. A traffic accident waiting to happen? I probably was. But I could do that walk blindfolded. Watching the unhappy couples arrive in paradise was a happy distraction from frozen London.
You may be proud of your giant DVD collection just now. But as digital copies like this become more and more accessible and easy-to-watch, you’ll be tempted to go digital and save some space, just like you did with the CDs.
Brad and Angelina to sue News of the World
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are suing News of the World after the tabloid printed they were to separate.
The story, published on January 24, claimed Pitt and Jolie had seen a lawyer to discuss separating their assets (reportedly £205 million) and six children. The couple’s lawyer, Keith Schilling, called the allegations “false and intrusive”. He also claimed the newspaper had not met “reasonable demands” for an apology.
The lawyer named in some publications as the one Pitt and Jolie had seen, Sorrell Trope, released a statement saying they had never met.
The A-list couple made an appearance together at the Superbowl on January 7 – a rare sight, but one to show that they are definitely still together.

Peter: ‘Mrs Reid isn’t my business’
Peter Andre famously broke down on live TV last week, but he claims it wasn’t because his ex-wife Katie Price’s surprise wedding to Alex Reid.
When speaking to Kay Burley of Sky News, the Aussie singer held back the tears when asked how he would feel if Alex adopted his children.
Speaking to News of the World, the doting dad admits that he doesn’t care about Katie and Alex’s wedding, and that he was merely upset about his children: "I wasn’t upset because of the wedding, absolutely not. To me it was the best closure I could have asked for. Once she became Mrs Reid, it’s not my business anymore. I stepped away from the circus a long time ago. Whatever is to do with the kids will be my business."
He has also revealed that he will be removing the tattoo of his ex-wife’s name that he has around his finger. "I think it’s time to get rid of the tattoo. I didn’t do it before because of the kids.”

Katie and Alex: Married!
Katie Price married Alex Reid in a quickie Las Vegas ceremony overnight.
The newlyweds released the following statement: "We are very much in love and look forward to the future together. We can’t wait to get back and celebrate our marriage with our friends and family who we know fully support our wishes."
The couple’s spokesperson refuted claims they had married to maximise earnings around the relationship: "Their decision to marry has not been made with any pre-conceived commercial plan or media deal in place, and their reason for getting married is purely down to their love for each other." Reports state the couple have signed a £1 million deal for exclusive photos of their wedding.
Just yesterday Katie and Alex announced their engagement in OK magazine, where the glamour model announced she would marry later this year, but no one thought it would be so soon. Ex-husband Peter Andre left Jordan last May, and she has dated Alex on and off for seven months.

Haiti charity single photos
You’ve probably heard the Simon Cowell/Sun newspaper charity single for Haiti by now. Leaving aside the slightly questionable taste of covering REM’s Everybody Hurts, it’s for a good cause so I’m not going to slag it off. Anyway, as you may have heard, it features an array of vocal talent including Leona Lewis, Rod Stewart, Susan Boyle, and Kylie Minogue.
An undercover master of disguise who I keep on a retainer* broke into the studio while it was being recorded and managed to grab a couple of photos.
I thought you might like to see them.

Katie Price to marry Alex Reid
It’s official: Katie Price and Alex Reid have announced their engagement in OK! magazine.
Despite breaking-up with her cage-fighting boyfriend on TV when she left the I’m A Celebrity jungle in December, Katie has exclusively announced that they will marry later this year.
Alex, who won the latest series of Celebrity Big Brother, has seemingly changed public opinion about himself. He went into the Big Brother house to boos but came out on top, with Katie there to greet him.
The reality TV stars have given OK! magazine an exclusive interview, revealing their plans for the future. Katie said: “This year I will marry Alex and I’m going to have his kids… I’ll change [my name on] my passport, cheque book, everything. I want to be traditional, the way marriage is meant to be.”
Alex said: “I need Katie. I don’t need her for fame but I need her. It has been a fantastic start to the New Year and it’s going to be even more fantastic now this is happening.”

Brad and Angelina still together
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, the most confusing couple in the world it seems, put on a united front last night and made everyone question: are they REALLY splitting up?
Last week, the press reported that the hot Hollywood couple were separating and had even seen lawyers to discuss splitting their assets and the custody of their six children.
However, Brad and Angelina surprised onlookers as they arrived at the Directors Guild of America Awards in LA on Sunday. Reports say the pair looked very loved-up and happy, making it hard for those break-up rumours to seem true.
But despite their surprise appearance at the event, there is still speculation the pair will split later this year.
Time will tell if Brangelina are coming to an end. How long will they keep us guessing for?!
